Praying for the Youth We Serve

In this month’s series of Ways to Pray for the Youth We Serve, we will feature Elizabeth Paddags, Clayton Kemery, Jordyn Schwan, and Miles Ashbaugh. As we continue to pray for the youth of Trinity, let us also pray that all youth will find their identity and worth in Christ and not in the world. Pray that they will look for ways to serve the Lord.

We begin the month of April thanking God for Elizabeth Paddags. Elizabeth is winding down the school year while finishing her 7th grade year at St. Edward School. She is involved in the National Junior Honor Society and St. Edward’s Youth Group.

You may have seen Elizabeth’s face if you have dropped your young children off in the Trinity nursery, as she volunteers her time caring for God’s littlest ones. God’s blessings have come by way of Elizabeth’s tight-knit family, her friends, and His provision for her daily needs. Elizabeth believes that God’s greatest blessing has been her older sister, Emma.

Elizabeth takes comfort in her favorite Bible verse, John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” She would like to ask her Trinity family for prayers for her grandparents who live in Germany. May God protect them and provide good health.
